PM Stationary Concrete Pump BSA 702D has been deployed at the construction site in Goa for the expansion of Medical College at Bambolim. The Contractor for the Project was Ruby Realtors Pvt Ltd. who carried out this Project for their Client M/s GSIDC (Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd).
M/s Ruby Realtors have purchased the BSA 702D especially for usage with the Concrete Mix being prepared at the Job site by a reversible drum Mixer. The reversible drum mixer being used is of three bin type.
BSA 702D is specially designed for pumping speed which is best suited for these type of reversible drum mixers having capacity ranging from 10 / 20 cum/hr. The Grade of Concrete used at site is M-30 & slump is between 120-150 mm. For 50 meter horizontal piping and 5 m vertical pumping, the pushing pressure was 50 to 70 bar.
The Mix design per batch for one cu m of M-30 grade concrete consists of 638 Kgs of 20 mm aggregates, 479 kg of 10 mm aggregates, 420 Kgs of Cement, 739 Kgs of Sand, 165 litres of water & 1.5 litres of Admix (of Forsroc Conplast P-211 make).
