Scwing Stetter, 100% subsidiary of Schwing Gmbh, Germany, and a leading player in the Indian Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) equipment industry, has launched the globally successful mobile concrete batching plant model M2. This plant is manufactured in India, which can produce 94 cubic meter of concrete per hour. This batching plant was launched by Mr. Jochen Goerlich, Chairman, Schwing Stetter India Pvt Ltd. The plant has been designed on a transportable dimension, to make it more convenient while shifting between project sites. This plant was previously available only as a CBU from Stetter, Germany, in the past.
"We’re extremely happy to announce the launch of this new batching plant, which enables contractors to enhance production of ready mixed concrete with fully automatic control units. We’re sure that this product will move rapidly, especially in a market like India, where the construction industry is seeing massive growth rates,” said Mr. Jochen Goerlich.

The unit comes with completely pluggable cable connections which helps to save time and installation efforts. This batching plant requires minimal investment on laying the foundation. ” M2 batching plant can be set up directly on solid plain ground. Projects can be executed with a 70 cubic meter enlarged compartment, thereby offering increased storing capacity. The larger cabin in the M2 plant enables easy installation of power units inside the cabin. The plant can also be equipped with a weighing conveyor belt, which helps to weigh aggregates. Double wing doors on both sides of the skip area make maintenance an easy process.
