KYB Conmat expands its concrete equipment range

KYB Conmat displayed its new concreting solutions- transit mixers, stationery trailer mounted concrete pump , CRP 2400, 240 cum/hr concrete batching plant.

Concrete equipment manufacturer, KYB Conmat, the fully owned subsidiary of KYB Japan, displayed it's range of new concreting solutions across the concreting value chain.

The company launched its new MR 70, 7 cum transit mixers, driven by power take off on Eicher chassis. It is manufactured at the company's state of the art Vadodara facility.

Mr. Nagesh Kudva, Director Marketing, Construction Equipment Division of KYB Conmat says, "Due to extra low slump and high discharge performance, the new MR 70 mixers can be very suitably used for slip form road concrete paving. The C shaped spirals of the mixing drum enhance agitating performance, so the concrete could be worked with during delays. This is especially if the lead distance between the batching plants and the road project sites is long." KYB Conmat also manufactures MR60, 6 cum & MR 80, 8 cum transit mixers.

KYB Conmat also launched its new SCP 5000 and SCP 7500 stationery trailer mounted concrete pumps with intelligent controls. It is suitable for bridges, dams and high-rise construction. The i-pump has the proven S-valve technology. The equipment launch was followed by rigorous tests with intelligent control features with robust electronic operation controls and management with manual overdrive. With the intelligent systems, the pumps feature on screen display of parameters like pumping hours, concrete output, hydraulic oil temperature, fault diagnosis matrix, strokes counter and engine speed." We have provided first in class Modular Hydraulic and Diesel Tank with Radio Remote Control upto 100 meters.

KYB Conmat also showcased its new CRP 2400, 240 cum/hr concrete batching plant. Mr. Kudva says, "The new high capacity concrete batching plant is suitable for long stretch of concrete roads coupled with tight project completion schedules, especially those requiring 8 lakh cum of concrete to be placed within 24 months. The concrete batch mix plants with double mixers and two compressors, works on electronic systems."

Venturing into a new vertical, KYB showcased its new generation rack and pinion construction elevator. The new RPCE 10 rack and pinion hoist comes with 1 tons payload capacity and 2x1x2.1 mtr cage size. The elevator delivering speed of 28 m/ minute, powered by 2 nos of 4kw gear boxes will be able to work at maximum height of 150 meters. KYB is offering RPCE 15, 1.5 tons elevators with 2.5x14x2.1 cage sizes for 150 meters height, RPCE 20, 2 tons elevators with 3.2x1.4x2.1 cage size and RPCE 20P, 2 tons elevators for 250 meters with similar cage size of RPCE 20.

Sharing details of the rack and pinion construction elevators, Mr. Kudva says, "The new models deliver higher speed of operation of over 30% over the previous generation. The elevators are equipped with variable frequency drives for smooth start and stop operation. They are fitted with load cells to check the amount of load carried. The new range of elevators comes with floor selection systems to enable stop at particular floor level. For ease of service, human machine interface and programme logic control has been introduced for carrying out fault diagnosis."

This year we received an overwhelming response from our customers. An impressive 4000 + visitors from over 20 + countries came to our stall. We booked more than 100+ confirmed orders, totalling 45 crores, which are in active stage of execution. The biggest attraction was single order for 30 Transit Mixers from one customer.

We also picked up order for 15 concrete pavers. Most importantly we picked some package deal of variety of equipment including Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps, Elevators and Batching Plants, giving us the power to provide one stop solution in concrete products.
