HASBER offers India's first patented Mobile Concrete Batching Plant
HASBER Machine’s first-ever Truck Mounted Mobile Concrete Plant introduced in India, marks a significant milestone. This groundbreaking innovation showcased 13 patented Mobile Concrete Plants, poised to revolutionize the construction industry.
The unveiling ceremony at Excon 23 saw the presence of distinguished guests, including Prof. Ranaganathan J. (Consulate of Myanmar in Chennai, Dr Asif Iqubal (Global President – Indian Economic Trade Organisation), Heikki Ranta (Finland Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea), and Zenga Chung (Diplomat – India Korea Business Center).
Dr Sachin Madhukar Kate, CMD- HASBER Machine (also Trade Commissioner in India for the ASEAN region), stated, “HASBER Machine takes pride in setting new standards in the construction equipment industry. The introduction of India’s first Truck Mounted Mobile Concrete Plant signifies a leap in cost-saving benefits, providing an efficient solution for construction projects. With 13 patented technologies, our company emerges as a frontrunner in innovations, giving a competitive edge to the market.”
He informed that the Truck Mounted Mobile Concrete Plant by HASBER is approved by the Road Transport Office and it meets all the regulatory standards for safe and legal operations. The compact plant optimizes space utilization without compromising on performance. It is equipped with GPS technology that enables machine tracking and efficient fleet management. Incorporating Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities, the HASBER Machine provides real-time monitoring and control for enhanced operational efficiency.
The HASBER plant C-30 is a fully automatic truck mounted mobile batch-mix plant cum mobile concrete mixer. It can produce and also transport concrete, which makes the HASBER C-30 a combination of batching plant and transit mixer. The C-30 machine is powered by a KOEL slave engine which is not used during transport and thus saves a lot of fuel. It is provided with a twin shaft Mixer duly protected under patent laws and is able to produce a homogeneous concrete mix within seconds. It has separate bins for three aggregates: cement, water, and admixture, and has a fully automatic PLC Control Panel on a 28-ton Truck Chassis.
“The plant delivers an exceptional fresh concrete mix, meeting the highest quality standards in the industry and ensuring consistent quality in every batch for diverse construction needs,” said Dr. Kate. He also emphasised the need for breakthrough technologies from India, accelerating trade relations between all countries, and that his company is open to trade enquiries. He also informed that at the Excon trade event the company had bookings of 13 machines, which underscored the immediate industry recognition of the plant’s pioneering technology by HASBER.
