IFPL's Insulated Systems Trusted for Quality

The exterior envelop of any building or structures create a barrier from the elements for the comfort of the inhabitants. Many materials can be used to form that envelop, but none can do it as energy–efficient as fast as economically and with as much design flexibility as polyurethane insulating panels. Insulated Panels systems have become a widely used alternative construction material and are revolutionizing in all the areas whether industrial buildings, commercial building, hospitals, mobile housing, cold storage/ freezing rooms, food and medicine storage houses, and so on.

Delhi based Industrial Foams Pvt Ltd (IFPL), an ISO 9001-2000 & OHSAS 180001:1999 certified company is a comprehensive manufacturer of state-of-the-art polyurethane insulated rigid foam panels under the brand name of "COBALT." COBALT insulated panels are manufactured using polyurethane foam—this rigid type of plastic offers optimal structural integrity and is proven to be highly thermally efficient.

IFPL's Insulated Systems Trusted for Quality

Polyurethane foams have unique properties like high strength to weight ratio, low thermal conductivity, low water vapour transmission, buoyancy and ideal electrical proerties. Due to their low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor; they are suitable for fabrication of randomes, dielectric grid reflectors, lightweight radar antennas, Radio transparent insert, and so on. Low thermal conductivity of these foams and their capability of insitu formation render them suitable for use in refrigerator insulation.

IFPL's products range include Cold Rooms/storage, shelters, Deep freezers, freezers on wheel, insulated doors and Puf roofing panels/sheets.

Cobalt Shelters

Cobalt shelters are built of polyurethane foam (PUF) insulated panels with different types of skins such as pre-coated GI laminated marine board, stainless steel, aluminum steel, galvanized sheet etc. These shelters can conveniently be assembled at site. The modular assembly system is extremely easy to install and provides a fully airtight system.

Unique features of PUF insulated shelters are:
  • Can withstand wind velocity upto 300 kms/hour
  • Can withstand heavy snowfall/rainfall
  • Can withstand extreme temperature from 50°C to +120°C
  • As they have thermal conductivity of 0.018 Kcal, this prevents cross heat flow between the room and outside environment
  • Lightweight, compact and high structural strength
  • Can be installed in less than twenty-four hours.
The light-weight panel design offers a cost-effective solution for roof-tops, mountain-tops or land site development. Whether utilizing a freight elevator for rooftop access or a helicopter to air lift, skids off panels can go where you need them—without any complications.

The shelter consists of several parts—weather roof, ceiling panels, window, doors, wall panels, and other accessories like air conditioning units, fans, louvers etc.

The prefabricated weather roof is available for buildings upto 156 inches in length and upto 48 inches in width. The ceiling panels are made in widths upto 48 inches and in length upto 156 inches. An option for corrugated panels is also available.

Exterior finishes include stucco aluminum, polyester over galvanized steel-white, sand tan, light green, dark green, light blue and chocolate brown stainless steel and Sandex aggregate.

IFPL's Insulated Systems Trusted for Quality

Buyers who require bullet-resistant structures can choose panels engineered to provide exactly the level of protection they require. Where really tough protection is needed, the bullet-proof panels can be designed to stop .22 rim fire ammunition at a range of 15 feet.

Keeping in mind that outdoor structures require protection from external elements Cobalt provides you with a choice between a flat roof and a shed-type sloped roof covered with a membrane-type roof. Other optional accessories include hinged doors, double-hinged doors, sliding flush type doors, overhead doors, windows, mortice locks, panic exit hardware etc.

Cobalt shelters can be used as mobile dispensaries, housing, storage of food and medicines, high altitude housing and as site offices.

Cobalt Cold Storages

IFPL's Insulated Systems Trusted for Quality
Made in alliance with one of the world's leading companies in cold storage technology, the Netherlands-based Special Machine Bouw Breda, Cobalt cold storages and insulation are tested to operate even in the toughest of conditions.

Cobalt cold rooms are designed for hotels, catering firms, retail stores, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and supermarkets, for the storage of foodstuffs (cheese, ice creams, meat, fish etc). They can also be used as for clean rooms, laboratories, and industrial premises. In case of tailor-made installations, the expertly designed Cobalt cold room can easily be adapted to the specific needs of each user.

With its modular, prefabricated PUF insulated panels, the cold room can be extended in three directions (height, width and depth), offering a very large number of volume combinations.

Features of the Cobalt cold storage are:
  • Flexible size
  • High dimensional stability
  • Excellent thermal efficiency
  • Suits a variety of applications
  • Meets the most stringent hygiene standards
  • High standard of finish
  • Wear-resistant
  • Easy installation and maintenance
The inside surface of the wall and ceiling panels consist of food grade GI pre-coated sheet or stainless steel sheets having CFC free polyurethane foam as an insulating material. These are designed to meet European industrial food standards, with a white, oven-baked, polyester-coated, lightly ribbed galvanized steel cladding.

Puf Roofing Panels

Puf Insulating Wall Panels are made with Polyurethane Foam. These Sandwitch Panels have G.I. facing on both sides. One side Profilied other side Plain or both vice-versa having overlapping facility or alternatively plain on both sides with Camlock for joining. All the panels are joined with each other with the help of overlap facility. Gaps are sealed with P.U. Sealant if required.

Insulated Doors

IFPL's Insulated Systems Trusted for Quality
From design and engineering through fabrication, testing and installation, IFPL goal is to produce the highest quality insulated door and the best operating results possible. The fact that IFPL simple perform better is a result of their manufacturing professional's total dedication leading to a high quality product.

Deep Freezers & Freezers on Wheels

The company also offers Energy Efficient, Reliable, High Quality cabinets for pre-packaged good, Ice-cream. They also offers a full range of Backbar and specialist wine cabinets for storage and display of high revenue generating beverages.
