PWD launches work on flyover at Sarai Kale Khan

PWD Delhi
The Public Works Department (PWD) in Delhi has started construction work on a new three-lane, 545-metre-long flyover near Sarai Kale Khan involving an investment of ₹57.7 crore. It is destined to be completed by July next year. The new flyover, which will facilitate traffic from ITO towards Ashram, will come up parallel to an existing flyover that takes vehicles from Ashram side towards Pragati Maidan and ITO.

The project includes flyover construction and upgradation of the adjoining road, drainage system, installation of streetlights and landscaping, besides widening the service lanes near the Sarai Kale Khan interstate bus terminus.
