NHAI plans to decongest Rajiv Chowk in Gurgaon

NHAI
To resolve the perennial traffic congestion at Rajiv Chowk in Gurgaon, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is formulating plans to alleviate the traffic problems. The increasing vehicular chaos witnessed at the junction, is mainly due to the intersecting Delhi-Jaipur highway (NH-8) and Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Additionally, plans for the construction of a RapidX station near the junction has been proposed, further complicating the situation. A traffic assessment has already been conducted, revealing the necessity for interventions to minimize conflict points.
