IRB Infrastructure Q1FY27 Net Profit Rises 51% to Rs 306 Crore

Total income stood at Rs 2,173 crore, marginally higher than Rs 2,165 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Toll revenue increased 14% to Rs 733 crore from Rs 646 crore. The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 60 crore.
During the quarter, IRB Infrastructure commissioned the Meerut-Budaun Group 1 BOT section of the Ganga Expressway and commenced tolling. It also began toll collection on the TOT18 Chandikhole-Bhadrak section of NH-16 from April 1, 2026.
IRB Infrastructure Trust, the company's private InvIT joint venture, has also offered two highway BOT assets worth Rs 4,605 crore to IRB InvIT Fund, the company's sponsored public InvIT.
Commenting on the performance, Shri Virendra D. Mhaiskar, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, said, "We are successfully navigating the current global economic challenges, driven by the strength of our Rs. 94,000 Crores asset portfolio. Our toll revenue is growing and our B.E.S.T strategy is firmly on track.”
