The renewed agreement extends the Lubricants Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) partnership between the two companies and is aimed at supporting equipment reliability, operational efficiency and manufacturing continuity. The agreement was signed at Jindal Stainless’ Hisar unit.
UrbanVault Expands Bengaluru Presence with 1.6 Lakh Sq Ft Workspace at Helios Business Park
UrbanVault has expanded its presence in Bengaluru by taking up around 1.6 lakh sq ft of workspace across three floors at Helios Business Park on the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The expansion will add nearly 4,000 seats to the company’s Bengaluru portfolio.
The large-format centre strengthens UrbanVault’s presence in a high-demand commercial location that already hosts several flexible workspace operators. While several competing flex-space providers at the property occupy a single floor, UrbanVault has secured three floors, giving it a larger footprint within the business park.
The expansion is part of UrbanVault’s strategy of securing larger centres in established commercial hubs rather than building a fragmented network of smaller locations.
Helios Business Park, located in Kadubeesanahalli along Bengaluru’s ORR, is an IGBC-certified and LEED Gold-rated integrated campus-style development designed for business and commercial use. The development comprises four basements, a ground floor and 11 upper floors, along with nature-inspired design elements and a campus-style environment.
The property is connected to key business and residential locations including Marathahalli, Sarjapur, Bellandur, HSR Layout and Koramangala, making it a strategic location for enterprises seeking managed and flexible workspace solutions.
Bengaluru remains UrbanVault’s home market and one of its largest operating markets. The company is continuing to expand its footprint across the city as demand for flexible workspace grows among enterprises, start-ups and distributed teams.
UrbanVault has also expanded beyond Bengaluru, recently entering Chennai with approximately 1 lakh sq ft of workspace. The move forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy across major business markets.
The company currently operates across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai and other major business markets, with more than 3 million sq ft of workspace across over 80 locations and more than 70,000 seats under management.
The Bengaluru expansion at Helios Business Park comes as companies increasingly seek flexible office solutions that offer established locations, enterprise-grade infrastructure and the ability to scale workspace requirements without making long-term real estate commitments.
