Omaxe to Invest Rs 250 Cr in Omaxe Cassia Project in Lucknow, Sees Strong Demand
Located within the 690-acre Omaxe Metro City township on Raebareli Road, the project has seen strong early demand, with nearly 300 of 360 units already sold as construction begins. Omaxe Cassia will feature eight residential towers offering 2BHK and 3BHK apartments.
The project aligns with the company’s strategy to develop integrated residential communities in high-growth urban markets. It will be executed in line with RERA timelines and is expected to be completed within the next three years.
To mark the commencement of construction and celebrate the project's launch, Omaxe Group recently conducted a Bhoomi Pujan and Hawan ceremony at the site. The auspicious event saw participation from over 500 attendees, including channel partners and homebuyers. The ceremony was led by Anjani Kumar Pandey, Business Head-Omaxe Ltd., alongside other key company officials, and concluded with a community gathering featuring Bhajan Clubbing.
