L&T GeoStructure, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has secured multiple domestic orders valued between Rs 1,000 crore and Rs 2,500 crore across steel, inland waterways and maritime infrastructure projects.

The company’s largest-ever piling order has been awarded by JSW Utkal Steel Ltd for the 10 MTPA integrated steel plant at Paradeep, Odisha. The scope covers piling works of around 30 lakh running metres across nine major packages, including the blast furnace, hot strip mill and steel melting shop.

L&T GeoStructure has also secured two engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) orders from Inland Waterways Authority of India for ship repair facilities at Patna and Varanasi.

The facilities, to be developed along National Waterway-1, will feature advanced ship lift and transfer systems, including an 800-tonne boat hoist, aimed at strengthening inland vessel repair and maintenance infrastructure.

Additionally, the company has won an order from Mumbai Port Authority for the construction of India’s first yacht marina at Mumbai Harbour. The project includes development of an approach trestle, piled breakwater, service platforms, concrete pontoons and gangways to support yacht operations and maritime tourism.
