Pardos Logistics plans 41-acre warehouse in NCR

Pardos Logistics has acquired a 41-acre land parcel on the Ballabgarh-Sohna Highway in Haryana in the NCR region where it will develop one million sq ft of prime warehousing space at an investment of ₹200 crore. The acquired land will be developed over a period of 18 months.

The land is ideally located with top-class road infrastructures like the Delhi-Vadodara Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, National Highway 8, and KMP Expressway, informed Akshay Uday, Sr. VP, ANAROCK Capital.
