MoSPI Tracks Rs 41.5 Lakh Crore Infra Projects Through PAIMANA Platform

Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation is monitoring 1,941 central sector infrastructure projects worth Rs 41.50 lakh crore through its PAIMANA platform, strengthening real-time tracking and data-driven decision-making across ministries.

As of March 2026, these projects span 17 central ministries and departments, with cumulative expenditure reaching Rs 19.93 lakh crore, or about 48.02 per cent of the revised project cost, indicating steady progress in implementation.

A large share of projects is at advanced stages, with 777 projects achieving over 80 per cent physical progress, while 261 projects have crossed 80 per cent financial completion. The data also highlights a well-balanced pipeline across different stages of execution.

The transport and logistics sector accounts for the highest share, with 1,428 projects valued at Rs 22.66 lakh crore, reflecting the government’s continued focus on connectivity-led infrastructure development.
