Gurugram-based real estate builder, JMS Group, has announced the launch of 'The Nation' - plotted residential project in Sector 95, Gurugram in the NCR region under the DDJAY scheme. The 285 units’ residential project offers lucrative options of multiple sizes; the minimum plot’s size is 120.0 sq. yd. and the maximum size is 178 sq. yd. The residential project offers lush greenery and landscaping, and best-in-class amenities such as a fitness trail, yoga lawn, badminton court, and an amphitheater will also be constructed inside The Nation. Prominent shopping malls, movie theatres, schools, and hospitals are in close proximity to the mega project. The commercial space of 45,000 sq. ft. area will offer high street retail.
