JLL Inaugurates 120,000 sq ft Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad

The new centre is JLL Business Services' second hub in India after Gurugram and is expected to expand to 1,600 employees over the next two years. It will support global operations by delivering advanced analytics, technology-enabled solutions and advisory services across finance, human resources, project management, lease administration and business process optimisation.
JLL said Hyderabad was chosen for its deep talent pool, strong innovation ecosystem and leadership in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, biotechnology and semiconductors. The company noted that the new GCC aligns with its Accelerate 2030 strategy by combining skilled talent, standardised processes and AI-enabled workflows to enhance service delivery worldwide.
Speaking at the inauguration, Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu said the state has attracted nearly 150 Global Capability Centres over the past 20 months, generating more than 1.5 lakh high-value technology jobs, further reinforcing Hyderabad's position as a leading GCC destination.
