Ivanhoe Cambridge & LOGOS to Invest ₹1,100 cr in Pune Logistics Park

Real estate major Ivanhoe Cambridge and logistics specialist LOGOS, in a joint venture, will invest over ₹1,100 crore to develop a logistics park in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra. This venture represents the largest foreign direct investment (FDI)-driven integrated private industrial and logistics development in India. The project aims to leverage the growing demand for prime industrial development in the region, particularly in the Chakan industrial area known for its automotive hub. The partners have acquired an additional 66 acres, bringing the total land area to 143 acres, with the potential for over 3.5 million sq. ft. of development. The Chakan Industrial Estate is a significant industrial hub, hosting more than 1,000 manufacturing enterprises, including electronics, engineering, automobile, and electric vehicle (EV) companies. This project marks LOGOS' fifth venture in India, with previous developments in Bengaluru, Chennai, the National Capital Region, and Pune, totaling over 10 million sq. ft. of potential development area.
