IRB-Road-Highway
The Board of Directors of IRB Infrastructure Developers has given in-principle approval to monetize the company’s non-core assets through phased development and redevelopment projects in Pune and Mumbai.

The proposal includes the phased development of around 350 acres out of approximately 1,100 acres owned by Aryan Infrastructure Developers Limited (AIIPL) at Taje and Pimpaloli villages in Maval, Pune. It also covers the redevelopment and rehabilitation of around 3,500 sq m of land owned by Ideal Road Builders Private Limited (IRBPL) at Chandivali, Mumbai.

The initiative is subject to definitive documentation and the required regulatory and statutory approvals.

According to Satinder S. Rana, CEO – Corporate, the initiative is expected to contribute substantially to the company’s cash flows without any incremental cost.
