Dharamsala gets ₹567-cr for urban infra development
The urban development department in Himachal Pradesh has launched ₹567 crore urban infra projects under the smart city mission in Dharamsala. Suresh Bhardwaj informed that work on 17 projects worth ₹116 crore has already been completed. The work on 27 projects worth ₹165 crore is being carried out while tenders are being invited for 19 new projects involving ₹150 crore investments. The projects include a root zone treatment plant, street construction, underground dustbins, an e-municipality facility, a GIS web portal, integrated housing project, among others.
