Sinoboom Introduces New Compact & Versatile Spider Lift SPA27(E)J

Sinoboom-SPA27EJ
Sinoboom has launched a new compact and lightweight spider lift, the SPA27(E)J, available in both electric and diesel variants to suit varying usage scenarios.

SPA27(E)J balances versatility, flexibility and stability, with a comprehensive operational range that offers 27m maximum working height, maximum horizontal reach of 14.2m, up-and-over clearance of 13m, 360° continuous turntable rotation, and +/-90° basket rotation. Rather than a multi-articulating boom configuration, it features a double telescopic boom design, which minimizes swing during extension and retraction operations for improved stability. The boom design also offers wide adaptability to a broad range of applications, with superior reach and functionality.

The compact design (with a stowed length of less than 5 m) enables access to, and operation in, confined spaces, while the light weight (4.5 tons for the electric SPA27EJ, and 3.9 tons for the diesel SPA27J) supports easier transportation and improved maneuverability. Load-bearing capabilities are not compromised by the lightweight design however, with 230kg loading capacity.

The crawler track enables adjustment of height and width, including unilateral adjustment, enabling precise positioning on uneven terrain, and supported by easy outrigger adjustment. Non-marking rubber crawlers are standard.

User-friendly features include an intuitive graphical user interface, real-time status and fault diagnosis, and one-click traveling and stowing functions. Maintenance requirements are streamlined, with a high commonality of parts with Sinoboom’s boom lift products minimizing inventory pressures.

The diesel-powered SPA27J features a 3-cylinder, 16.1 kW Kubota engine, optimized for durable outdoor work. It also features an AC motor, allowing operation via a standard household power supply. The electric-powered SPA27EJ is equipped with a 15.3 kWh lithium battery and offers three charging modes of 220V 10A / 16A / 32A for varied charging scenarios and requirements. SPA27EJ features a productivity score of 20 Hird cycles, far exceeding the demands of a single work shift.

Hyman Yu, Head of the Global Product Management Center, stated, “The SPA27EJ and SPA27J have been developed to meet the specific needs of our customers, who require agile and versatile access options for complex spaces such as shopping malls, transport hubs and construction sites. With the choice of electric or diesel variants, this machine represents a reliable and easily maneuverable solution for multiple scenarios, meaning enhanced ROI for both rental companies and end users alike.”

The new SPA27(E)J is available for order now in global markets, with the exception of the United States, mainland Europe, and Australia.
