Adani Mundra Airport has launched its first scheduled flight services, marking a significant milestone in enhancing air connectivity for the Kutch region. The inaugural service, operated in partnership with Star Air, connects Mundra with Mumbai and Goa, strengthening links between one of India’s largest port-based economic hubs and key commercial and tourism destinations.

As part of the expansion, Star Air has introduced eight new flight services from Mundra, connecting the city with Mumbai, Goa, Hindon, Surat, Belagavi, Bengaluru, Kolhapur and Nanded. The new air network is expected to significantly reduce travel time for businesses, traders, logistics operators and tourists, while improving access to the region's industrial and port infrastructure.

Built on the Adani Group’s proven development model, the Mundra Airport is engineered for efficiency and growth. A massive 1,900-metre runway capable of handling a wide range of passenger and cargo aircraft, and a modern terminal featuring spacious parking, multiple check-in counters, comfortable lounges, and a full-service food court will open this region to plethora of opportunities. The airport is full accessibility with wheelchair facilities and dedicated passenger drop-off zones.

The establishment of this air route is a calculated move to fuel the economic engine of India’s largest private port Mundra, and the country’s largest notified, operational multi-product Mundra SEZ, the nerve centre of India's import-export activity.
