Q Green Techcon Showcases High-Capacity Block Making Solutions & New Automation-Ready Concrete Pumps

Alongside the pumps, the company showcased its widely accepted RT 9 Concrete Block Making Machine, part of its builder series. The machine is designed to produce concrete blocks, fly ash bricks, cement bricks, interlocking pavers, hollow blocks, solid blocks, and coloured pavers. Its output ranges from 6,000 bricks per hour and 8,400 solid blocks per hour to 3,240 hollow blocks per hour, with a cycle time of 15–30 seconds and a 1350×700 mm pallet size.
“Our block making machines use a German vibration system, enabling premium-quality pavers, blocks, and bricks. But above all, our USP is our service,” shared Modi.
As demand shifts toward higher-capacity, low-labour systems, Q Green Techcon has been strengthening its automation offerings. “QGreen is a well-known brand for automation. We’ve introduced rack loading systems, finger cars, elevators, lowerators, and advanced German curing chambers. The demand for automation is growing, and we’re fully prepared,” Modi said. To support this, the company is expanding its manufacturing space in Gujarat by another 50,000 sq ft, taking it to a total of 1,00,000 sq ft, dedicated to automation and wet-press technologies developed in association with UK-based Forest Press Hydraulics.
The company is integrating IoT-based monitoring and remote diagnostics across its systems to help customers track production, downtime, and machine health in real time. “Our focus is on practical automation that truly supports productivity without complicating daily operations,” he added.
Energy efficiency and lifecycle cost reduction remain priority areas for the company. “We have introduced a new curing system that shortens the time ‘from mould to market’. Faster curing saves water and resources and improves overall sustainability,” said Modi. He added that their technologies enable customers to turn industrial residues into valuable products. “We are converting dust into dollars, transforming waste like slag, stone dust, and other construction residues into revenue through high-quality blocks and pavers.”
The company saw steady demand in FY 2025, led by infrastructure development projects across India. It sold 60 units in 2024 and the target for 2025 was 70–75 units. The next three years look promising as demand for automation and high-capacity block making continues to rise.
