Raj Petro offers customised lubricants solutions for construction equipment
Indian lubricants producing major, Raj Petro, which made a maiden participation in Excon 2013 as a brand building initiative in presence of construction equipment manufacturing and distribution fraternity, so as to enlarge its footprint in construction equipment sector, claimed that the company is well positioned to meet the desired requirements of the original equipment manufacturers and end users in India and abroad.
Speaking to NBM&CW during the event, Mr.Vinit.S.Asher, Director, Raj Petro Specialities, Pvt. Ltd. said, "We are well positioned to deliver customized solutions backed by our well integrated research and development, blending and storage facilities in Chennai, Silvassa and Ankleshwar. Timely and consistent distribution of our products to every corner of the country is ensured through our depots spread in Pan India location.
Mr. Asher mentioned, "We have array of lubricant offerings catering both the requirements of on-and off-highway construction equipment, involving backhoe loaders, excavators, motor graders, tipper trucks and others. The lubricants offered by us are greases, hydraulic oils, engine and transmission oils and all the lubricants which are require by our esteemed customers. All the products made by us are of premium grade, endorsed by most of the OEMs like Volvo, Scania, Mercedes, MAN, MTU Engines and Cummins. Being premium, our Zoomol brand of engine oils come with very high drain interval much in synchronization of demand with the present advanced engine requirement. Our hydraulic oils also score high on viscosity index which is highly demanded by the sophisticated machinery working under adverse condition. Further, our various high performance greases can perform in any adverse condition to provide higher equipment uptime and reduces the downtime cost."
According to Mr. Asher, "To ensure appropriate performance of our solutions, we have our well placed technical service team working on the field. The team does oil sampling for condition monitoring of the engines and other fed parts of the equipment. Essential support for oil sampling and condition monitoring is being provided by our research and development facilities. In order to increase our presence in preparations of newer variants of lubricants, so as to meet the customized requirements of OEM's and timely supply of the same, we will keep investing in our R&D facilities, blending and supply chain."
Raj Petro claims to be the largest group-2 and 3 base oil importer in India. The company procured 215 million tones of group-2 base oil during 2012-13 and produced 150 million tones of finished products.
