SGO's technology for maximizing performance and efficiency of self-lubricating bearings

Korean company SGO is a specialist in a broad range of proprietary manufacturing technologies for maximizing the performance and efficiency of self-lubricating bearings used in construction and industrial machines, hydropower generation etc. Products include oil-less bearings, self-lubricating bearings, solid lubricant dispersed type, dry bearings, cam type, mold parts and extruded materials. The company’s high-strength bronze bushings have very strong and good sliding properties and are suited for demanding applications in tough environments for joint parts and crawler system of earthmoving equipment.

SGO’s production facility comprises a foundry, continuous casting / extrusion machines, and machining shops for producing reliable, high quality products, and is exporting its bearings to over 40 countries. SGO's research and development to meet customer requirements resulted in Develon, a highly improved multi-layer bearing, and it has a number of patents granted in Korea, Germany, and Italy, even as it continues to develop next-gen products and services to improve the productivity of its clients.
