Bonfiglioli Pioneers in Producing Travel Drive Gear motors

Bonfiglioli specializes in the design and production of travel drive gearmotors for mini-excavators, tracked excavators, tracked and wheeled loaders, bulldozers, pavers, compactors and host of other tracked & wheeled hydro static machines. The fundamental requirements of this kind of application include light weight, efficiency, low noise and high performance. Bonfiglioli Transmissions Pvt Ltd, has been investing in development of travel drives in India and now is in a position to offer three series (700CK, 700C, and 600W)of travel drives made out of its facility in Chennai.

Series of Travel Drive 700CK:

These products are a result of a partnership with Kayaba Industries Co. The products represent the best solution available today for crawler excavators. All the hydraulic and mechanical functions are incorporated into a single unit: powerdrive, operating & travel speed, hydraulic and mechanical emergency brake and overload prevention. The unit assures high reliability and excellent performance, smoothness in operation and also, due to its compact dimensions, very easy and economical installation on board of machines.

Applications Mini-excavators

For travel drives on mini-excavators between 1 and 6 tons, Bonfiglioli produces a range of gearmotors with integrated axial piston hydraulic motors that develop up to 5,000 Nm of torque and come in reduction ratios up to 1:53.

Tracked excavators:

Tracked excavators from 6 to over 120 tons require compact, silent running gearboxes powered by axial piston hydraulic motors. This type of gearmotor can develop up to 200,000 Nm of torque with reduction ratios up to 1:120. Construction site excavators up to around 100 tons and mining excavators have quite different needs but the Bonfiglioli Group’s vast experience and specialist know-how allows it to offer reliable solutions to match OEM specifications.

700C

Any crawler machine, no matter how big or small, will find the suitable travel drive within the range of 700C series. All units are available with a failsafe brake and with interfaces for most cartridge, flanged and orbital type fixed or variable displacement hydraulic motors. This broad series of gearboxes ranging from 1,000 Nm to 625,000 Nm come with key features of rotating housing, rugged design, high torque and load capacity, mechanical life time seal and compact design.

Applications Mobile Crushers

For mobile crushers weighing up to 50 tons, Bonfiglioli offers effective, stable and robust travel drive solutions delivering up to 60,000 Nm of torque.

Vibratory Roller Compactors

For tandem and combination roller compactors up to 25 tons, Bonfiglioli offers solutions for travel drive, roller drive and rear wheel drive (where relevant). This range of compact gearboxes can deliver up to 80,000 Nm of torque (roller and wheel drive) and withstand high overhung loads.

600W

Whether you are designing any wheeled construction equipment, 600 series will offer you the right choice for your vehicle. This series of gearboxes ranging from 1,750 Nm to 60,000 Nm come with key features of rotating housing flange with studs to fit wheels and drums, rugged design, high torque and load capacity, mechanical life time seal and compact design. A disengagement device to tow the vehicle in an emergency is optionally available.

Applications Wheeled Pavers

These drive systems have to be exceptionally reliable and robust to withstand the high overhung loads and long duty cycles involved. Bonfiglioli offers tried and tested solutions wheel drive systems. The solutions in this range deliver up to 60,000 Nm of torque and cover the needs of machines up to 35 tons.
