Said Alexandre Saubot, "We have a long-term relationship with Mumbai-based SHAKTI Equipments Pvt., Ltd. and are pleased to strengthen it further with the new booms from the Pulseo generation. Haulotte HA20LE PRO
Haulotte displayed for the first time in India its brand new HA20LE PRO, the first aerial work platform of the Pulseo Generation. Designed to work in silence, PULSEO's fully electric architecture allows it to work in urban centers, in low emission areas and on eco-sites. Equipped with non-marking wheels, this new generation of electric nacelle is perfectly adapted to interior applications. On the outside, the oscillating axle and 4-wheel drive ensure stability and optimal grip. Features include ultra-fast lifting speed, 360° continuous rotation, and simultaneity of movements. Models equipped with the dual load can increase the load capacity while adapting to the work envelope. The stability of the machine is thus preserved.
"Pulseo is an outcome of our superior R&D and readiness that addresses the requirements of our customers. The product is capable of working in both indoor and outdoor sites, has low emission and low noise and is a trendsetter in the industry," said Alexandre Saubot.
The large capacity batteries, the descent of the basket without energy consumption, provide the autonomy needed for a day's work. If this autonomy were to be extended, the onboard power generator ensures a fast recharge of the batteries. During this step, the operator retains the full capacity of the machine. At the end of the shift, the built-in charger and its intelligent power management module optimize charging and battery life. With hits proportional controls, the movements are flexible and precise.
Said Souma Ray, "Pulseo can be utilized in versatile applications with its rough terrain capabilities. The same machine can be used for both outdoor as well as indoor applications, thus replacing the need of two separate machines. This ensures deployment of the machinery to the optimum and in turn ensures profitability for the owners. Moreover, being entirely electrical driven, customers will be insulated from the volatility in diesel prices and the operation and maintenance cost are considerably lower as compared to Diesel Engine Boom lifts, thus ensuring decent margins on investment."
He also informed that the new HA20LEPRO has generated a lot of interest amongst the Indian AWP Rental fraternity and already some of them are in discussions with us to procure this new machine.
Haulotte Activ'Shield Bar anti-crushing device and the Haulotte Activ'Lighting System lighting system, ensure safety when working at heights and during loading and unloading operations.
Pulseo comes with an advanced trade mark registered active shield bar, so as to prevent the worker from being entrapped by the safety gap while working at heights. Haulotte active lighting system's 11 LED spotlights, provide complete illumination of the basket, controls and the maneuvering area. The product's extended load bearing capacity from 250 kg to 350 kg (depending on the job), will make it highly suitable for the emerging AWP applications in India.
A diagnostic tool, Haulotte Activ'Screen, gives access to procedures for resolving any malfunctions. Maintenance-free electric motor, extended maintenance intervals, easy access to components, easy maintenance of batteries, ensure improved availability of the machine.
Alexandre Saubot added, "With growing emission regulations, we will be migrating to all electric range of solutions in the future. We see growing business opportunities in India and will strengthen our position with our channel partners' support in sales and service."
