Everest Engineering - Foremost Provider of Tower Cranes
Everest Engineering Equipment is positioned as the No. 1 supplier of Tower Cranes in the Pre-Cast Building Industry, having added a recent order of 28 units of tower cranes of 12-ton capacity, informed the company. Pune-based BG Shirke is the company's biggest client having ordered the 28 units for their Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore projects. With this order, EEE's tower crane population has grown to 188 units within a span of 4 years.
The flat-top tower cranes have an in-built anti-collision system with a safe load indicator (SLI) – the highest safety standard. The cranes are very reliable and deliver high operational accuracy during placement of pre-cast segments. This is of extreme importance while building pre-cast structures, as any hit must be avoided.
Since these cranes are of flat-top type, their installation and dismantling is very quick. The mast sections are of pin type connection that reduces the installation and dismantling time; and increases the rigidity of the vertical structure with reduced bending moment. Designed for steel structure buildings and factories up to a height of 400 meters, the cranes are economically priced.
