Torsa Launches First Indigenously Manufactured Crushing & Screening Plant
Mr. Gopi Krishna More
Managing Director, Torsa Machines Ltd.
With the growing need for Infrastructure development and the Government of India allocating and awarding handsome projects in this segment, the demand of captive equipment has increased. Torsa in its continuous endeavor to introduce a new product every year has decided to launch its first indigenously manufactured 200 TPH Crushing and Screening plant.
This 200 TPH Jaw Cone combination plant is available in two variants, namely stationary and skid mounted. The specially designed scalp screen below grizzly makes it possible to separate 0 – 20 / 60 mm material, which can directly be used for GSB. As a result, it greatly reduces the cost of production and also saves time as the entire process of GSB screening can be omitted. Torsa’s four deck screen with multiple stroke adjustment system makes screening for GSB a lot easier.
The new and improved Jaw Crusher design is user-friendly and is easy to maintain. The enhances width of the Jaw can now accommodate boulders up to 650 mm with minor on site adjustment in CSS. The increased feed gap can now accommodate a feed of up to 180 mm of material to crush. This ensures raw material procurement ease for the client. The Indigenous manufacturing of the Cone by Torsa has made the plant a value for money product for the customers.
It is said that good monuments can be built only on strong foundations. Torsa Machines Ltd. has its own in-house team of designers who provide specific civil structural designs for plant installation. The heavy duty structure and fitment gives the plant long operation life.
