Terex India - unveils 8 new products
Terex India, a global manufacturer of materials processing and lifting machinery, showcased eight of its latest products to cater to the Crushing, Screening, Lifting, Washing, and Recycling industries. The company is committed to ensure sustainability by making a positive impact on the environment with product innovations such as electric and hybrid solutions. A key highlight at bauma was the launch of its electric driven Finlay 690i Hybrid Mobile Screen in the presence of Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways.

Finlay 690i - By providing customers with the flexibility to run the plant from an external power supply or a standard on-board engine, the Finlay 690i mobile inclined screen has opened doors to low emission screening on applications such as quarrying, mining, and recycling. The product has been built to meet the specific needs of users with a high output requirement.
Terex MPS WJ3042i: Built for high performance and aggressive use, the USP of the wheeled jaw crusher is its miniature size, quick set up time, ease of transport, and easy maintenance. Designed for use in a range of applications, the Terex MPS WJ3042i serves as an ideal machine for quarrying, mining, demolition, and recycling. Being cost-effective due to its simple maintenance requirements, it is designed to give maximum productivity by incorporating a jaw crusher and a heavy-duty vibrating grizzly feeder.
Terex MPS MVP550X: Crushing all that stands in its way, the newly launched Terex® Cedarapids MVP550X is built to pulverise the toughest material that it meets. Manufactured with advanced engineering, the 500-hp machine has enhanced features, including high-speed clearing of jammed material, and quick crusher separation capability for faster manganese changes. Being the best in the line of cone crushers, this product will revolutionize the industry with its hydro-pneumatic tramp iron relief system, high-flow manifold system, and a hydraulic powered threaded upper assembly.
Franna FR 17XS: The high-performance FR 17XS is designed to function as a pick and carry crane in hilly regions of the country. The machine is built to save space with its compact size and its USP is its light weight, 75% stability rating, and high safety standards. By combining protection and comfort with smooth steering, the product is a market leader in equipment for projects, cities, and in industrial applications.
Terex Crane RT 45i: Debuting for the first time in India, this 360-degree Rough Terrain crane is designed with the state-of-the-art technology to create a benchmark in Indian standards. At 3 meters, the RT 45i has the capacity to lift 45 tons of weight with the most sought-after lifting applications in projects and industrial requirements. Meeting all Indian market requirements, the advanced and easy to move crane comes with an electronic high torque engine, fully automatic power shift transmission, 3 steering modes, fully powered proportional 4 section boom, and electro proportional joy sticks.
Terex Washing Systems FM 120DF: Committing to India’s efforts to recycle, enhance, and reuse, the FM120 Direct Feed contributes to economical processing of dust and minerals. This compact static washing plant uses centrifugal force within the high chrome lined hydro cyclone to remove clay, silt, and slime from sand to bring it to the preferred requirement. The range combines a collection tank, centrifugal slurry pump(s), hydro cyclone(s) and a dewatering screen, to produce up to two grades of clean sand with reduced residual water content in the final product to 10–15%.
Evoquip Bison 280: This aggressive yet portable jaw crusher is one of the best for the Indian market in terms of fuel efficiency. It has a direct drive system to accelerate the operations of the crusher in many industries such as recycling, contracting, and quarrying. By providing small to medium operators with a Terex ‘900mm x 600mm’ single toggle jaw crusher, the Bison 280 is the ultimate in time efficiency due to its quick set-up time, ease of transport, and user-friendly control.
