Proman broadens its mineral processing services
Proman is offering Dry Classifiers of 10-40-75 tph, which come with bucket elevators for ease of output removal and require a small quantity of air for purging. The classifier is fitted with hoppers with rotary air lock valve for facilitating fines removal without stopping.
Proman which manufactures its stationary and mobile crushing and screening plants at its facility in Bangalore, has technical collaborations with REMco and Aggregates Equipment Inc for Vertical Shaft Grinders and washing equipment.
Says R.S. Raghavan, MD, Proman Infrastructure Services, “Since there is a rising demand for high quality concrete and plaster sand in India, quarry owners want their plants to be used optimally. Our Pro Dry Sand Classifiers can very well meet this demand from both the quarry owners and the plant owners.”
Raghavan informs that the company is also venturing into industrial and metal waste processing/ recycling. “We have offered solutions to JSW Steel for processing molten steel slag. We have entered a joint venture with Wendt for recycling metal waste as we believe that recycled steel could see high demand in India, given the high cost of finished steel obtained from the primary ore.”
Proman is also considering production of track plants at its new facility and is keen to harness its engineering capabilities for manufacturing solutions for bulk mineral handling. “This will be part of our new allied business where we will be manufacturing stacker reclaimers, screw conveyors and related products,” says Raghavan.
