And when used along with a SWIFT screen they can produce various sizes of aggregates for construction of roads and buildings.
The company is also offering India’s first and only 3-Deck High Frequency Screen. The impressive, modular machine with adjustable angles, is capable of producing well-graded M-sand or P-sand by removing the excess ultra-fines. The user thus gets good quality material that can be sold to customers at a premium for their construction projects.

Kumar informs that Taurian’s monster jaw crusher - the TJ 550 - can easily crush 1500 – 1700 mm boulders to 250 mm in a matter of seconds and produce up to 750 TPH of crushed rock. With a head diameter of 1500 mm and powered by a 500 hp motor, the CG 500 Cone Crusher - India’s largest cone crusher - can produce approx. 325 TPH of (-) 23 mm in a 2-stage process.
Also available is Taurian’s HPGR 5 Roll Crusher, designed for use in tertiary/ quaternary fine crushing applications to produce concrete/asphalt fine aggregates or manufactured sand, irrespective of rock hardness. Due to its slow speed operation under pressure, the grinding rolls ensure that re-circulation loads are minimised, thus optimising the fine crushing circuit operation.
