The Samruddhi Mahamarg Express- way is a massive undertaking - a 701 km highway that slashes travel time between Mumbai and Nagpur. As Maharashtra's biggest road project, it required huge resources, including a whopping 43.3 lakh tons of sand. The Expressway spans 10 districts and features over 50 flyovers, 24 interchanges, and a network of tunnels and underpasses.
Major contractors like Afcons Infrastructure, Dilip Buildcon, and NCC relied on CFlo's expertise. The company’s Combo X70 plant became the workhorse of the project. This all-in-one machine handles everything from feeding and sorting to removing water and managing waste, requiring minimal maintenance, and producing zero wastewater. It's also efficient as it recycles 95% of the water used.
