CFlo Combo Empowers India's Mega Project Samruddhi Mahamarg Expressway
The Samruddhi Mahamarg Express- way is a massive undertaking - a 701 km highway that slashes travel time between Mumbai and Nagpur. As Maharashtra's biggest road project, it required huge resources, including a whopping 43.3 lakh tons of sand. The Expressway spans 10 districts and features over 50 flyovers, 24 interchanges, and a network of tunnels and underpasses.
Major contractors like Afcons Infrastructure, Dilip Buildcon, and NCC relied on CFlo's expertise. The company’s Combo X70 plant became the workhorse of the project. This all-in-one machine handles everything from feeding and sorting to removing water and managing waste, requiring minimal maintenance, and producing zero wastewater. It's also efficient as it recycles 95% of the water used.
What sets Combo X70 apart is its focus on sustainability. CFlo's technology ensures consistent production of M-Sand that meets strict environmental standards. It achieves zero waste and controlled production of silt, minimizing environmental impact.
For contractors, the benefits go beyond environmental responsibility: Combo X70's high processing capacity translates to a high return on investment (ROI), saving construction companies significant costs.
"We're proud to be part of the Samruddhi Mahamarg project," says Manish Bhartia, Promoter and Managing Director of CDE Asia Limited. "Our reliable equipment has earned customer trust, and we're committed to providing solutions that address challenges and ensure project success."
CFlo's contribution to the Samruddhi Mahamarg Expressway is more than just sand. It's a showcase of their commitment to sustainable infrastructure development, helping pave the way for a brighter future for Maharashtra.
Sand made using CFlo Technology empowers almost 45% of the Super Expressway
Since sustainability was a key concern and the traditional river sand extraction raised environmental issues, CFlo, a leader in wet processing equipment, stepped in to address this challenge. Consistent IS:383 Zone II sand was produced using CFlo Technology, which was crucial for the project.Major contractors like Afcons Infrastructure, Dilip Buildcon, and NCC relied on CFlo's expertise.
