KEW, which is also Graco's Indian channel partner, introduces the latter's ThermoLazer ProMelt System and the LineLazer IV 3900 in the country. Notably, the ThermoLazer ProMelt System is the world's first fast melt, on-board handliner, which can melt up to 300 pounds of thermoplastic material (6-50 lb bags) in less than one hour. Importantly, the ThermoLazer ProMelt System is equipped with a gamut of features which include Quad Melt System, Control Flow System, Split Bead Hopper, Smart Die II System, Easy Glide System, Smooth Ride Tires and Optional Double-Bead Drop System Kit. The machine is compatible with the Graco LineDriver, which in-turn, leads to reduced user fatigue thereby reducing user fatigue and increasing qualitative production by 50%.

On the other hand, the LineLazer IV 3900 is a 1 or 2 gun professional striping machine designed specifically to deliver the most precise and consistent lines in the industry. Materials sprayed are most heavy, low VOC, waterborne and rubberized traffic paints. This sprayer is ideal for continuous heavy-duty line striping requirements. The LineLazer IV 3900 is also equipped with remarkable features; Advanced Vibration Reduction System which eliminates engine vibration for improved line quality, Rear Gun Mount which allows placing the guns near the rear axle for straighter long lines and smoother curved lines, Lightweight Gun Holder which minimizes gun movement caused by rough pavement, Chromex Pump Rod which is built for the most demanding applications and the Flowthrough Easy Out filter that comes out with the cap for convenient, mess-free access.
