The Fayat Group exhibition stand is a treat to professionals from road construction fraternity, no doubt since the last many international exhibitions Fayat's stand has been winning the highest number of awards for innovation. This Bauma too, Fayat had put up a stunning 500 new innovations on display at the stand, each displayed through product technologies from brands like Bomag, Marini, Breining, Secmair, and Scaarb.

Of the many plants displayed at the show, there was one plant undoubtedly Marini's eTOWER, which caught the delight of customers world-over.

Just one look at the plant and you know it is different, states Ajendra Agrawal, who was excited to climb over the tower to appreciate the intrinsic technology built in to the plant. Marini plants have proven track records & results and so we have no doubt about this new product, states the CEO of India's largest EPC contracting company.

Marini Tower

This new breed of Marini plants is geared to meet the challenges of the e-generation, explains Blesson Varghese, MD Marini India. Marini designers and engineers having clearly understood the threats and challenges a road contractor faces, built this product to deliver Profitability, Productivity, and Performance.

Economy: The most important in today's market. The eTOWER is designed to deliver economy in operations & mix production costs. We can easily ensure a savings of upto 30% using the various technologies built in to this product, states Mr. Varghese.

Efficiency: Doing more with less, is another mantra of profitability. eTOWER has set up new Marini benchmark in the industry. The Quad-Control burner technology also offers multiple fuel options (Heavy oil/ Diesel/ Light oil or Gas), so you can make the most of the economics based on your location dynamics. We have pushed the limits further with the eTOWER in terms of efficiency, the dryer has been re-dimensioned and re-structured to deliver highest fuel efficiency and lowest operating costs.

Energy Savings: The Marini waste heat recovery system, continues to be in the DNA of the eTOWER too. Special electrical systems and thermal optimization on the plant delivers reduction in energy consumption and carbon footprints. The electrical system has been redesigned too, a 200 Tph eTOWER with hot mix storage silos and heating arrangements can now run on a 450/500KVA generator, compared to brands in the market requiring 750KVA or more. Electrical energy all though negligible when compared to the total energy consumption of the plant, cannot be ignored, especially with raising energy costs and reducing bottom-lines.

Evolution Ready: The eTOWER has broken another record in terms of evolution readiness i.e. Evolution readiness at most economical cost. Marini's proprietary Warm mix solution, can be fitted on board with very minimal investment and no royalty, delivering a cost savings of up to 25%. Recycling solutions can be added on with minimal costs implications and can perform up to 45% and more RAP processing. While other brands would require a dedicated parallel drum and huge investment to do so.
