Moving towards Solution selling:

For many of its mining equipment, the company extends total maintenance and repair contracts, which provides fixed hourly operating cost, guaranteed machine availability and productivity and also guaranteed parts cost for stipulated number of years. For underground mining machines, it offers production linked payment contracts. In the case of Electric Power, it extends comprehensive operation and maintenance contracts. Micro grid power solutions with Solar energy is another new market segment, the company is foraying into as renewable energy segment market is poised for a major growth including cost-effective power solutions to rural and remote locations.

Going Digital:

Skilling India
As part of building the India of future, GMMCO is focussed on skilling youths in operation and maintenance of construction, and mining equipment. Its operator's training school in Raipur jointly with Chhattisgarh Nirman Academy and maintenance training at CII Skill Development Centre, Chhindwara are aimed at helping young generation in rural and semi-urban areas to develop skills for employment and guidance and support for entrepreneurial initiatives.
