Atlas Copco launches Dynapac CC125 Compact Tandem Roller designed for compaction on city streets for noise-free operation
The Street-Smart Silent Compact Tandem Roller from Atlas Copco Road Construction Equipment, the Dynapac CC125 with an operating weight range up to 3100 kg is designed for compaction on city streets, where size and noise matter most. This model features an improved design and a new engine, where is quieter than ever. This new roller has been designed keeping both the operator and quality roads in mind.
Double Drums
The Dynapac CC125 is a double drum model which features vibration and drive on both drums. The large drum diameter makes them especially effective on soft asphalt and also on soil. The ratio of drum diameter to static linear load reduces the risk of cracks.
Operator Comfort
The Dynapac CC125 offers a new control panel, lower noise and vibration levels to reduce operator fatigue. A very low center of gravity keeps the machines stable and sturdy handgrips and boarding steps makes it safer to get on and off the machine.
The forward and reverse slideable movement of the seat improves visibility while the Safety interlock prevents accidents as the Operator must be in the seat before the engine will start.
Good Compaction results
High static linear load, higher vibration frequency and nominal amplitude ensure good compaction results.
Further, better compaction is achieved even close to high curbs because of the ample clearance at the edge of the drums.
Reliable Engine
The roller features a reliable 29kw Mahindra engine with low noise level. This is important especially during night work.
Ease of Maintenance
The entire system can be drained easily without special tools. A separate filter in the water system ensures no clogged sprinkler nozzles.
Filters for hydraulic fluid, engine oil and fuel are easily accessible. And long service intervals means fewer oil changes and lower machine downtime.
