'Aadeem' Initiative for Skilled Workforce Development

Aadeem is an emerging HR consultancy providing services like recruitment, policy finalization, training and development. We have come up with a training program which will involve technical training of all the equipment’s predicted to be there on the construction site.

Infrastructure is the fastest growing industry of India, but it lacks a little behind in the International market due to short supply of special technically skilled manpower and project managers having all round knowledge. There is 30% shortage of especially skilled workforce. The reasons are lack of training initiatives by industry constituents.
