Crystalline Waterproofing for Brick, Masonry Now in India

Choksey Chemicals P. Ltd introduces for the first time in India a high performance waterproofing compound for protection of brick, masonry and concrete. Choksey’s MAXSEAL SUPER is a special waterproofing coating with osmotic properties that provides a suitable waterproof coating for use at both positive and negative hydrostatic conditions. Its special formula improves the osmotic effect of the application allowing the penetration in the concrete through its capillary system. The product crystallizes inside sealing, waterproofing and protecting the concrete structure. It has been designed to be applied on fresh or set concrete, pre-cast concrete, concrete blocks or cement plasters but is also suitable for applications in bricks and masonry. In addition, this material can be used as waterproofing mortar when mixed with water and applied on the surface by brush or broom. This system withstands the seawater and any attack from the soil salts, being a suitable system for drinking water also.
