BUILDTHENE IC Polyurethane Base Liquid Membrane

BUILDTHENE IC is a single / Two component based high solid content Elastomeric Polyurethane Membrane for waterproofing (In situ) developed by Buildtech Products I Pvt. Ltd. The product is based on Polyester Polyols with Iso syanurate which imparts fire resistant characteristics.

Two component BUILDTHENE IC is a 100 percent elastomeric polyurethane liquid membrane. The mixed material is brushable & forms a high build film / membrane on the substrate. It cures atmospherically to a permanently flexible seamless membrane.

BUILDTHENE IC conforms to ASTM C 836 & to be applied as per ASTM C 898. The product has been approved by various govt. agencies like NTPC, EIL, IOCL, BHEL, DVC & many others. BUILDTHENE IC is being used in projects like NTPC - Kahalgaon, NTPC - Sipat, IOCL – Panipat, Amarkantak Thermal Power Plant, Rosa Thermal Power Project of Reliance Infra, BHEL-Bellary and many others.

Ideally BUILDTHENE IC gives 1.5mm/kg/sq.mtr. in two coats. Curing of the layer starts within 15 minutes of mixing, complete curing is obtained after 24 hrs.

BUILDTHENE IC is available in Grey / Off white / Black colour.
