RSRDC Approves Rs 4,938 Crore Loan for Rajasthan Expressway Land Acquisition

The approvals were granted during the 131st board meeting of RSRDC held in Jaipur under the chairmanship of Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari.
The board also approved a Rs 460 crore loan proposal for the upgradation of the Nasirabad–Sarwar–Kekri–Deoli road (SH-26). The project includes construction of the Kekri bypass and widening of the existing road from two lanes to four lanes.
In addition, the board approved an increase in the loan amount for repair works on the Gotan–Bilara–Pundal road from Rs 17 crore to Rs 27.87 crore.
A total of 33 regular proposals and two additional proposals were cleared during the meeting, including approval of the corporation’s balance sheet for the financial year 2024-25.
During the meeting, Diya Kumari emphasised that road infrastructure projects should focus on long-term public utility and ensure maximum benefit for commuters and regional connectivity.
