PNC Infratech Bags Western Bhopal Bypass Construction Contract

PNC Infratech has secured a contract worth ₹1,174 crore from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) for the construction of the Western Bhopal Bypass as a four-lane road. The company received a letter of award (LoA) from MPRDC for this project. Under the contract, PNC Infratech will build the bypass road with paved shoulders, including a service road. The bypass will stretch from km 424.0 of Jabalpur-Bhopal Road (NH-46) to km 21.0 of Bhopal-Dewas Road (SH-28), covering a length of 40.90 km. Awarded on the hybrid annuity model (HAM), the project is expected to be completed within 24 months, followed by a 15-year operation period post-construction. PNC Infratech provides comprehensive infrastructure solutions, encompassing design, engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and operation and maintenance (O&M) services on a fixed-sum turnkey basis.
