NHAI Makes Record Concession Value of ₹15,624.90Cr in InvIT Round-3

NHAI is employing three modes for monetization: Toll Operate Transfer (TOT), InvIT, and Securitization. In the current financial year, NHAI has already awarded four TOT Bundles, generating a monetized value of Rs. 15,968 Crore. Notably, the success rate in the TOT mode during FY24 was 100%, with LOAs issued within one day of the financial bid opening.
Previously, NHAI successfully monetized 6 rounds (1614 km) under the TOT Mode, realizing Rs. 26,366 Crore, and conducted two rounds of InvIT (635 km), realizing Rs. 10,200 Crore. Additionally, through Securitization, NHAI has raised about Rs. 37,000 Crore so far, with an anticipated Rs. 5,000 Crore to be raised by the end of FY24.
This significant achievement has propelled the total asset monetization program of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) and NHAI to cross Rs. 1 Lakh Crore mark, comprising Rs. 42,334 Crore through TOT, Rs. 26,125 Crore through InvIT, and Rs. 42,000 Crore through Securitization. These efforts align with the Government of India's vision under the National Monetization Plan and underscore the fulfillment of budgetary announcements.
