Gadkari Inaugurates 12 National Highway Projects in Kerala

Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Road, Transport, and Highways, has inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 12 National Highway projects in Kerala. With a combined investment of over Rs 1,464 crore, these projects cover a total highway length of 105 km. The initiatives aim to enhance connectivity between Tamil Nadu and Kerala, reduce transportation costs, eliminate black spots on National Highways to decrease accidents, and streamline travel to boost tourism and benefit the export of Kerala products. The projects are expected to generate significant employment opportunities and foster socio-economic growth in the region.
