Prazim Trading and Investment Company, associated with Premji Invest, has committed Rs. 950 crore through the subscription of 6.25 crore units. HDFC Life Insurance Company and HDFC Pension Fund Management have each committed Rs. 100 crore, while Axis Max Life Insurance Ltd. and WhiteOak Capital REIT & InvIT Alternatives Fund I will invest Rs. 50 crore each.

The strategic investments are expected to provide strong institutional backing for Cube Highways Trust's public listing and reinforce investor confidence in its portfolio of operational road infrastructure assets.
