Cube Highways Trust Declares ₹2 Distribution Per Unit for Q3 FY24

Cube Highways Trust (BSE/NSE: CUBEINVIT), managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt. Ltd., has announced its financial results for the nine-month period ending December 31, 2023. The total consolidated income for the period amounted to ₹22,714.14 million, with a consolidated EBITDA of ₹14,430.50 million.

The Board of Directors has declared a Distribution Per Unit (DPU) of ₹2.00 to ordinary unitholders for the third quarter of FY 2023-24, totaling ₹2,580.69 million. Pankaj Vasani, Group CFO of Cube InvIT, highlighted that the DPU includes ₹1.99 per ordinary unit as interest and ₹0.01 per unit as treasury income. The record date for the distribution is February 13, 2024, with the payment scheduled on or before February 24, 2024.

Vinay Sekar, CEO of Cube InvIT, expressed confidence in the Trust's ability to deliver value to unitholders, citing recent recognition at the National Highways Excellence Awards, 2022, where three SPVs were honored for their contributions to excellence and innovation in the industry.
