Ceigall India Secures Rs 704.70 Crore NH-913 Frontier Highway Project in Arunachal Pradesh

Ceigall India has received Letters of Acceptance (LoAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for the construction of a key section of the Lada-Sarli stretch of NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh.

The project is valued at Rs 704.70 crore and will be executed through a joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited (SIML). Ceigall India will hold a 74% share in the joint venture, while SIML will hold the remaining 26%.

The project involves construction of the km 85.60 to km 168.00 section of the Lada-Sarli stretch of NH-913 to intermediate lane standards. The project will be implemented under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode. The construction period for the project is 48 months, followed by a five-year maintenance period.

The project is part of the development of the Frontier Highway network in Arunachal Pradesh and is aimed at strengthening road connectivity across the strategically important and challenging terrain of the state.

The latest LoA marks the fifth project secured by Ceigall India on NH-913, taking its cumulative order wins on the Frontier Highway corridor to Rs 2,423.70 crore. The company had also recently received an LoA worth Rs 274.08 crore for Package-2 of the Bile-Migging section of NH-913.
