World of Concrete India 2026 to Spotlight India’s Next Infrastructure Leap

WOC-India
The 12th edition of World of Concrete India 2026, scheduled from June 3–5, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, comes at a time when infrastructure delivery in India is being shaped by speed, durability, sustainability, and technology adoption. Designed as a specialized B2B platform, World of Concrete India 2026 will bring together manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, infrastructure companies, project leaders, and government stakeholders. The exhibition will enable the industry to evaluate advanced materials, efficient construction methods, and digital solutions that support faster, safer, and more resilient project execution.

The upcoming edition is expected to feature over 350 brands and attract more than 18,000 trade professionals, reinforcing its position as India’s only dedicated concrete-focused exhibition. The event will showcase concrete and cement solutions, dry mortar, precast technologies and formwork systems, construction chemicals, industrial and commercial flooring, scaffolding and safety solutions, construction equipment and batching plants, TMT bars, BIM, project management software, and AI-driven construction technologies.

Mr. Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director, Organiser Informa Markets in India, said, “India is entering a defining decade for infrastructure and urban transformation, where the focus is no longer only on scale but equally on resilience, sustainability, speed of execution, and technology-led project delivery. With the Government’s continued capex push, rapid urbanization, and increasing private sector participation, the construction ecosystem is witnessing a strong shift towards advanced materials, industrialized construction methods, and digitally integrated project management.

As India’s real estate sector moves towards the USD 1 trillion mark by 2030, the demand for high-performance, durable, and environmentally responsible construction solutions will continue to grow significantly. World of Concrete India 2026 has been curated as a strategic industry platform that brings together the entire concrete and construction value chain to collaborate, exchange expertise, and accelerate the adoption of future-ready solutions. From geopolymer concrete and precast technologies to AI-led construction systems and sustainable materials, the exhibition will showcase innovations that are shaping the next phase of India’s infrastructure growth.”

India’s infrastructure and urban development agenda is creating a strong demand environment for the concrete and construction industry. In the Union Budget 2026–27, the Government proposed public capital expenditure of ₹12.2 lakh crore, continued focus on Tier II and Tier III cities with populations exceeding 5 lakh, and the establishment of an Infrastructure Risk Guarantee Fund to enhance confidence among private developers. The Budget also proposed a ₹20,000 crore outlay for CCUS demonstration projects, a move particularly relevant for hard-to-abate sectors such as cement and the broader push towards lower-carbon construction materials.

The ₹1 lakh crore Urban Challenge Fund, aimed at catalyzing nearly ₹4 lakh crore in urban-sector investments over five years, further strengthens the relevance of the exhibition. These measures indicate rising demand for durable concrete systems, precast and modular solutions, construction chemicals, batching and equipment technologies, AI-enabled tools, digital project management platforms, and sustainable materials. Official core-sector data released in April 2026 reported cement output growth of 9.4% and steel output growth of 6.2% year-on-year, while cumulative FY 2025–26 cement and steel production increased by 8.7% and 9.5%, respectively. The sector is simultaneously navigating challenges such as raw material price volatility, rising energy and logistics costs, regulatory complexities, workforce requirements, and sustainability-linked pressures. World of Concrete India 2026 will address these priorities through product showcases, technical discussions, and business networking opportunities, enabling stakeholders to evaluate solutions aligned with India’s next phase of resilient, low-carbon, and technology-enabled infrastructure development.

The event is supported by the Builders Association of India, Drymortar Association, Readymix Concrete Manufacturers Association, India Concrete Institute, and Precast Manufacturers Association of India. Prominent participating brands include UltraTech, Sika India, Jindal Panther Cement, Godrej Construction, JSW Cement, Natural Cemeco, Mapei, Chryso India, Fosroc, Nerolac, and Asian Paints, among others. The exhibition floor will be complemented by the CEO Conclave, Open Tech Forum, Innovation Theatre, a dedicated Investor Zone, Start-up Pavilion, Country Pavilions, and live demonstrations. The event will host 12 conference sessions featuring more than 100 global speakers, while a white paper by knowledge partner 1Lattice will examine emerging trends, material innovations, and the future of concrete in India. As a high-value sourcing, learning, and networking destination, World of Concrete India 2026 will provide a comprehensive view of the technologies, materials, and partnerships shaping India’s next decade of infrastructure growth.
