Metso Reinforces Customer-First Commitment Through Aggregates Services Training Across India

Metso Reinforces Customer-First Commitment

Empowering customers with knowledge and expertise is a key part of Metso’s commitment to delivering sustainable value throughout the equipment lifecycle. Reflecting this approach, Metso’s Aggregates Services team is conducting multiple customer training programmes across India. These training programmes focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, performance enhancement, and improving productivity and efficiency. Designed to provide practical, site-focused insights, the sessions help customers optimise equipment performance and reliability while addressing operational challenges.

Through these programmes, Metso also aims to improve operators’ understanding of equipment behaviour and create awareness about correct operating practices, inspection routines, and the early identification of potential issues. Well-trained operators help customers get more from their equipment by improving productivity, increasing reliability, reducing operating costs, and enhancing safety. The programmes also promote the adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision-making, enabling smarter plant operations and supporting the development of a stronger and more sustainable Indian infrastructure sector.

A dedicated Lifecycle Services (LCS) session is included in every training programme, highlighting the importance of proactive maintenance and service solutions in maximising long-term plant performance. Customer feedback has been highly positive, with participants recommending broader coverage of Metso products in future sessions. Based on this feedback, Metso plans to expand the scope of upcoming training programmes, incorporate solutions to common issues faced across Indian sites, and conduct more training sessions in the coming months. Through these initiatives, Metso continues to strengthen customer partnerships and support safer, more productive, and more efficient operations across India.
