Spanning approximately 5 million sq ft, Homeland Global Park is positioned as Punjab’s largest mixed-use development and is progressing towards completion ahead of its RERA timelines. The integrated development will bring together high-end retail, boutique offices, luxury wellness offerings, branded serviced residences and Punjab’s largest live performance arena, combining commercial, hospitality, entertainment and lifestyle spaces within a single development.
The partnership was formally announced and signed at a ceremony held at Homeland Regalia, Mohali, attended by the leadership and technical teams of Homeland Group and Ethimo. The signing was followed by a media interaction and discussions on the collaboration, its technical approach and the broader vision for Homeland Global Park.
Under the partnership, Ethimo will provide its expertise for the grey-structure component of HGP, supporting the planning and execution of key structural works. The collaboration is aimed at ensuring technical precision, structural quality and execution efficiency throughout the construction phase of the project.
Commenting on the partnership, Abhay Jindal, Managing Director, Homeland Group, said, “At Homeland, we believe that the strength of any landmark development begins with the quality of its foundation and the discipline with which it is executed. Homeland Global Park is a large-scale, integrated development, and delivering a project of this scale requires strong technical planning and execution at every stage. Our partnership with Ethimo brings specialised structural expertise to the project and reinforces our focus on quality, precision and long-term performance. With the project progressing ahead of its RERA timelines, our priority remains to maintain the same discipline in execution while creating a destination that brings together retail, workspaces, wellness, hospitality and entertainment in a cohesive environment.”
The collaboration also reflects Homeland Group's approach of working with specialised partners across critical stages of project development. With structural execution being a key component of any large-scale development, the association with Ethimo is expected to add greater technical depth and execution capabilities to HGP.
Naresh Aery, Director, Ethimo, said, “Our association with Homeland Global Park gives us an opportunity to contribute our structural and technical expertise to a large-scale development with a clear focus on quality-led execution. A project of this scale requires close coordination between planning, structural design and on-ground execution, and our role is to bring technical discipline and precision to the grey-structure component. We look forward to working closely with the Homeland team and contributing to the project's execution standards as it progresses towards timely delivery.”
