Allcargo Group Signs MoU With National Maritime Foundation for Maritime and Logistics Research

Under the partnership, the organisations will undertake joint research projects, industry outreach programmes and knowledge-sharing initiatives through conferences, workshops and dialogues.
The collaboration will also explore opportunities to engage logistics research scholars from IIM Mumbai and other universities, bringing together industry expertise, academic research and policy insights to develop future-ready maritime and logistics solutions.
Serving his second term as Chairperson of the Board of Governors of IIM Mumbai, Shashi Kiran Shetty has played a pivotal role in transforming the institution into a world-class academic hub that fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The agreement aligns with Allcargo Group's commitment to knowledge creation and the development of the logistics sector. The broader objective of the partnership is to support the Government of India's vision of building resilient supply chains, enhancing maritime connectivity, and driving sustainable economic growth.
