Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate several infrastructure projects during his visit to Kerala and Andhra Pradesh on January 16-17, 2024. In Kerala, the prime minister will inaugurate Indian Oil Corporation's new LPG Import Terminal at Puthuvypeen, Kochi, with a storage capacity of 15,400 MT, ensuring a steady LPG supply for the region. Additionally, PM Modi will unveil the New Dry Dock (NDD) and the International Ship Repair Facility (ISRF) at Cochin Shipyard Limited, aimed at bolstering India's maritime sector. The projects are part of a series of infrastructure initiatives worth over ₹4,000 crore.
